You earn a diamond for every vote you cast!  Just be sure to put in your name (spelled correctly) to get that diamond.  Additionally, bonuses are awarded based on the number of votes.  To find out what other rewards you can earn, simply type /rewards while you're in-game.  Also note that some sites limit the number of votes per 12 hours or 24 hours per IP address.  So if your brother or sister voted on a particular site, you won't be able to vote on that same site for another 12 or 24 hours, depending on the site.
